Ce stage s’est déroulé durant la période du 27 Mars au 19 Mai 2017 au sein du CENTICH, une cellule de recherche intégrée dans les locaux de l’Institut pour déficients visuels Montéclair à Angers.
Le CENTICH (Centre d’Expertise National des Technologies et de la Communication pour l’Autonomie) est un centre de recherche national qui à été crée par la Mutualité Anjou Mayenne et la CNSA (Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie) afin de favoriser, par l’usage de technologies, l’autonomie et le maintient à domicile des personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap. Il a notamment pour objet de rendre accessibles ces aides techniques afin de pouvoir communiquer, informer, se déplacer, se soigner, sécuriser son environnement, coordonner l’intervention des aidants naturels et celle des services à domicile, étudier, travailler...
Un des principaux objectif du centre est le développement de logements adaptés (mobilité, lien social, maintien à domicile…) et évolutifs auprès des bailleurs sociaux ainsi que dans l’accompagnement de constructions de logements adaptés au vieillissement (séniors).
J'ai donc travaillé sur un projet de Living Lab (appartement expérimental) en collaboration avec Jawad Hajjam, le directeur du développement du CENTICH et l’architecte Pierre Jahan, responsable de la conception du bâtiment devant recevoir cet appartement. Mon travail s’est uniquement opéré sur l'aménagement spatial et la modélisation 3D de l’espace de vie du logement et non sur toute la partie d’analyse des données recueillies lors de l’expérimentation qui se compose : d’une salle de débriefing, d’un espace de régie vidéo avec vitre sans teint pour l'observation, de bureaux et de sanitaires.
L’appartement témoin est de type duplex et répartit sur 320 m2 en totalité. Au premier étage doit se trouver : un espace chambre, une salle d’eau avec WC séparés, un espace salon donnant sur une cuisine ouverte avec îlot central. À l’étage, nous retrouvons : une seconde chambre de configuration EHPAD (Établissement d’Hébergement pour Personnes Âgées Dépendantes), une troisième chambre de type foyer étudiant, une salle d’eau avec WC. En terme d’accès entre les deux étages sont intégrés un escalier ainsi qu’un petit ascenseur qui permettent eux aussi de tester en situation réelle du matériel spécifique tels que des monte-escaliers.
This internship took place between March 27 and May 19 of 2017 at the CENTICH, a research center which is based in the Montéclair visual impairments institute at Angers city.
The CENTICH (Center of National Expertise for Communication and Technologies for Independence) is a national research center created by « la Mutualité Anjou Mayenne » and the CNSA (National Fund for Solidarity and Independence) for promote the independence and home-based care service for elderly people or disabled people by used of technologies. One of the main mission of the center is to make more accessible technical aids for disabled people for help them to communicate, to gain knowledge, to move around, to treat themselves, to securize their environments, to study or work…
That’s why the CENTICH works on accessible and evolving housing with social housing landlord for improve accessible to elder people buildings.
During my internship, I work on the APEX project which is a Living Lab project (experimental apartment) in collaboration with Jawad Hajjam, the head of development in the CENTICH and the architect Pierre Jahan. My work was focus on the interior arrangement and on 3D modeling of the apartment. Actually, this apartment is made up of a living space (for the experimentation) and an analyse space with a debrief room, a control room and workspaces (for the observation).
The show apartment is a duplex type and it has a floor area of 320m2. At the first floor, there are a bedroom, a bathroom, toilets, a living room which gives a view of the open kitchen and its kitchen central unit. At the second floor, there are an assisted living bedroom, a second one which is a student residence bedroom type, a bathroom with toilets. Between the two floors, there are stairs access and an elevator for testing rehabilitation specific equipment in real life conditions.
